About Stacy

I bring two decades of experience in mindfulness-based work, supporting individuals, couples, and families in developing greater stability, connection, and resilience.

I hold a Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Public Health and am a certified mindfulness meditation teacher through the University of California, Berkeley’s two-year program, taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I subsequently undertook advanced Mindfulness Mentor training in the same tradition, and I have completed training in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy and psychoneuroimmunology, informing my mind-body approach to health and healing. Finally, I completed clinical training in evidence-based couples therapy through the renowned Gottman Institute.

In addition to working with my international client base, I have led presentations and workshops on health and wellness for a wide range of audiences, including the United States House of Representatives, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and community-based organizations.

My approach is grounded in both rigorous training and extensive real-world experience, offering support that is evidence-based as well as practical. I bring a strong sense of attunement and intuition to my work, allowing me to meet each person where they are in this moment, with precision, responsiveness, and deep compassion.

Outside of my work, I live a quiet life rooted in nature with my son and our menagerie of animals - an everyday rhythm that continues to shape the grounded way I understand healing, connection, and what it means to be human.
